How many people will my Culture Kitchen Box serve?
Every menu serves 4-6 people. Our CK Ambassadors testing out our Boxes have happily reported having leftovers to enjoy the next day while other Ambassadors eating with a group of hungry men reported finishing every last bite of the meal with full bellies :)
Do I get to pick what cuisine will be a part of my subscription?
We periodically change the featured cuisine and cook of our 1 Month Gift Box. Right now we are featuring Suparvadee's Thai Menu.
For our 3 and 6 month subscriptions, every month we feature one new menu and cook. Which means right now you cannot pick what cusines will comprise your subscription. This is something we are looking into for the future, but currently we are a small team and cannot offer this option. But, part of the fun of subscribing to a CK Box is the surprise of what cuisine will arrive next!
I live in San Francisco. Can I pick up my Culture Kitchen Box instead of having it shipped to me?
We are excited to have local customers and are looking into how we can accomodate this, but unfortunately at this point in time we have to ship all of our orders due to our fulfillment process.
But, if you are local and want to be able to pick up your Culture Kitchen Boxes in the future, email us [email protected] to say you want to be notified if we can arrange for a limited time frame pickup! Power in numbers.
What if I move during my 3-6 month Culture Kitchen subscription and need to change my shipping address?
No problem. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the new address to ship to, and the date when we should start shipping to this address.
What is your refund policy?
We are dedicated to providing you with quality product and an incredible cooking experience. If you have received any damaged product, please let us know by emailing [email protected] or by calling 415.689.6642. We will immediately send you a replacement at no extra charge. We hope you enjoy your Culture Kitchen box, in the event that it is less than what you had expected, we are happy to cancel your subscription if contacted in writing or via phone within 30 days of purchase.
What is your privacy policy?
We will never sell your information to 3rd parties. We collect your gift recipients and/or your contact email to inform you of information regarding your order and to give you periodic notice about new offerings. You will not be added to our general mailing list unless you sign yourself up. You can always contact us at [email protected] to unsubscribe. We hold your personal security in high regard and want to ensure a pleasant and safe experience with Culture Kitchen.
