Linh's back to teach another Vietnamese class in San Francisco! Learn how to make one of Linh's favorite everyday meals featuring a spicy and savory noodle soup with poached crab dumplings, fried tofu, and noodles: it's a whole meal in a bowl! You'll also learn how to make egg rolls the way Vietnamese eat them at home - not that oily version found in restaurants and of course no meal would be complete with out dessert! Linh is teaching the class how to make a deliciously creamy coconut, banana, and tapioca dessert. Get ready to explore! Be ready to roll up your sleeves as Culture Kitchen classes are hands-on and bring an appetite as we will enjoy a full meal in class.
