Come spend some time with Paloma learning about the Puebla region of Mexico, making and feasting on an incredible Mole Poblano meal!

Learn how to make one of Mexico's national dishes! You'll learn how to make mole poblano from scratch, the way Paloma's family makes it in the Puebla region of Mexico. You'll also learn how to make Mexican-style red rice and Pinto beans to serve alongside your chicken topped with mole sauce. To balance out the heartiness of the meal, Paloma will also be teaching you to make refreshing Agua de Jamaica, water flavored with dried hibiscus flowers, lightly sweetened, and chilled. Get ready to explore!
