She decided to stop catering to spend more time with her two young daughters, but still whips up a meal for 30 friends without breaking a sweat. She is serious about good food but when she cracks a smile you can see how much she loves sharing her culinary heritage. Aradhita specializes in Bengali cuisine. And if you haven't experienced much bengali cuisines than you aren't getting exposed to the wide variety of Indian cooking. Aradhita's dishes aren't spicy like most people imagine Indian food, rather they are light and have many subtle undertones of coconut. Each dish is created with great care for taste, appearance and meaning. Aradhita brings a passion for her food and Culture to the table.
